Job Summary

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

• Excellent speaking and listening skills with proper grammar.

• Experience in handling billing inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse customers.

• Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

• Courteous, attentive, and service-oriented approach.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work in shifts, evenings, and weekends if required.

• Team player with flexibility and patience.

• Preference for candidates fluent in regional/local languages besides Urdu and English.

General Instructions

• Selected candidates will be hired initially for a 3-year contract with a 6-month probation.

• Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.
